Saba Complex to display works of “Fifth Generation” of graphic artists

TEHRAN -- An exhibition of works by 128 Iranian graphic artists entitled “The Fifth Generation” is to open today at Tehran’s Saba Cultural and Artistic Complex.

Over 254 artworks illustrating the innovation and creativity of the new generation of Iranian graphic artists have been selected to go on display, the Saba Public Relations office announced on Saturday.

Film screenings and conferences on the theme of graphic art in Iran are to be held on the sidelines of the exhibition.

Aidin Aqdashlu, Ebrahim Haqiqi, Qobad Shiva, Farzad Adibi, Bijan Seifuri, Habibollah Sadeqi, and other veteran graphic artists are scheduled to attend the conferences.

The exhibit runs until early October.
